Applying
Who can apply?
Owners and managers of websites with their own domain, original content and real visitors. See the publisher requirements for the full list.
Does it cost anything to apply or join?
No. There is no fee to apply or to join. How earnings are shared is written in your publisher agreement before you start.
How long does the review take?
We aim to reply within a few business days. If we need more information, such as read-only access to your analytics, it can take longer.
Is there a minimum amount of traffic?
There is no fixed minimum. We look at content and traffic quality first. If your site is still small, we may ask you to apply again when it has grown.
My application was not accepted. Can I apply again?
Yes. We tell you the reason, so you can fix the issue. You can apply again after you have made the changes.
Can I apply with more than one website?
Yes. Send one application for your main site and list your other sites in the message field. We review each site separately.
Ads and reporting
Which ad technology do you use?
We work with established ad technology, such as Google Ad Manager, and with other demand partners. The exact setup depends on your site and is agreed during onboarding.
Do I keep control over my website?
Yes. You own your website and your content. We agree ad placements with you and you can ask for changes at any time.
What is ads.txt and why do I need it?
ads.txt is a small public file on your domain that lists the companies allowed to sell your ad space. It protects you and advertisers from fraud. We give you the exact lines to add and check that the file is correct.
What will my reports show?
Impressions, earnings, page RPM and trends, broken down by site, country and device. Monthly statements show final earnings and any adjustments.
Can you tell me how much I will earn?
No one can honestly promise earnings in advance. Earnings depend on your content, audience, countries, season and advertiser demand. We will tell you what affects your earnings and how we plan to improve them.
Payments
When do I get paid?
Payments follow your payment terms (Payment terms (e.g. Net 30)) once your balance passes the minimum payout (Minimum payout (e.g. US$100)). See the Payments page.
How do I get paid?
Available methods: Payout methods (e.g. bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer). Payments are made in US dollars (USD).
Why can final earnings be lower than estimated earnings?
Ad platforms remove invalid clicks and impressions and confirm final figures after the month ends. Your statement shows every adjustment and the reason for it.
Do I need to send a tax form?
Yes, before your first payment. Publishers outside the United States usually complete a W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E. Publishers in the United States complete a W-9.
Traffic quality
Can I buy traffic for my site?
Only from reputable ad platforms, and you must tell us about it. Cheap traffic from unknown sources, traffic exchanges, paid-to-click sites and bots are not allowed.
What happens if invalid traffic is found on my site?
Earnings from invalid traffic are not paid. Depending on the case, we may hold earnings while we investigate, limit ads, or end the partnership. Read the Invalid Traffic Policy.
Someone is clicking my ads on purpose. What should I do?
